Findings Briefing
For the meeting that has the sheets but has not yet heard them read in order.
Some audits die in a folder. The briefing is there so they do not. We sit with the people who will have to live with the numbers and walk the sheets in the order they were drawn: claim, window, log, charts, findings, open questions.
You may bring people who never met us on the floor. That is often the reason to hold the session. They may dislike a bar. They may say a shift was short-staffed. We will note a factual correction if the log supports it. We will not redraw a chart in the room to make a guest comfortable.
The Kutaisi briefing room is plain: a table, copies, a window that looks onto Gamsakhurdia Street. If the figures cannot leave the plant, we travel to your room instead. Copies are yours to mark. We keep one unmarked set.
A briefing without an audit behind it is a talk, and we do not sell talks. If the charts are not yet drawn, begin with the module performance audit.
