Audits on the desk
Four kinds of work sit on this desk. All of them start from a named module and end in language a floor meeting can use.
A module, in our usage, is a unit you can walk around and a claim you can quote. We do not invent the claim. We test it in a window you can actually open, then draw the result. If you are unsure which brief fits, start with the module performance audit and we will say if a thinner piece of work would serve you better.
Module Performance Audit
A scoped look at one or more named modules, drawn as charts and a findings letter, then read aloud in a briefing.
Follow-up Review
Return to a module already on our ledger, after a change, and set a new sampling window beside the first drawing.
Findings Briefing
A half-day reading of finished charts and a findings letter, held in Kutaisi or on the floor that owns the module.
Sampling Plan
A short desk piece that names the window, the counts, and the gaps before an audit team arrives.
