How we handle what you send us
This notice explains how Module Layercore Analytics treats personal information when you write to us, sit in a briefing, or walk a module with us. It is written for a small professional desk, not for a consumer shop.
Data controller

What we collect
From letters and the contact form: name, email, the module or site you name, the service you selected, and the message. From a job: counterpart names, shift names that appear in logs, telephone numbers you give us, and meeting notes. We do not ask for identity-card scans, payment-card numbers on this website, or health files. Please do not send them.
If you walk us through a plant, we may see names on a whiteboard. We copy only what the findings require.
Why we use it
To answer a letter, to scope and perform an audit, to invoice, to keep a record if a findings letter is later disputed, and to meet bookkeeping duties in Georgia. The lawful basis is our need to perform the requested work and to keep a limited archive of professional files.
Retention
Scoping letters that do not become jobs are kept for twelve months, then removed from the working desk. Closed job files — scope, log, findings, invoice — are kept for six years unless a longer period is required for a named dispute. Who sees it
Nino, Giorgi, and Tamar on this desk; an accountant in Kutaisi for invoices; a translator if you asked for a second-language copy. We do not sell lists. A host that serves this website may see technical connection data.
International transfers
If a visiting partner outside Georgia must receive a copy you requested, we send that copy because you asked. Hosts for this static website may process connection logs outside Georgia. We do not run a marketing cloud.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold, ask for a correction, ask us to delete what the archive does not still need, and object to a use that is not required for a closed job. Write to info@module-layercore.digital. We reply within one month. You may also complain to the personal data protection authority of Georgia.
Children
This desk does not offer work to children. We do not knowingly keep a child’s details.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new text appears on this page with a clearer date in the heading of a later edition.
