Preparing a module for an independent look

Nino Beridze

We can walk in the rain. We cannot walk a bay that is still a rumour on a drawing from last year.

Name a counterpart who actually holds keys. If the only name on the letter is in Tbilisi, the Kutaisi morning will be spent in a guard hut.

Put the logbooks in one place for the window, even if that place is a crate. We will not hunt a Friday through three lockers while the shift changes.

Write the claim. If there are two claims — one for the buyer, one for the night crew — write both. We will say which one the window can test.

Tell us the days the module is a liar: maintenance, feast, the morning the gas was low. Hiding them does not protect anyone. It only makes the later chart look like a trick.

If numbers may not leave the site, say so. We will brief on your floor and leave the unmarked copy in your cupboard. Pretending the rule does not exist, then stopping us at the gate with the sheets, wastes a day we will have to bill.

A sketch of the floor helps. A sketch of a bay you moved in March does not. If you are unsure, we can walk once under a sampling plan and then stop, before anyone counts.

Printed in spirit as a working document. Module Layercore Analytics, Kutaisi. Observation notes remain the client’s once the briefing is closed.
