A module’s claim, measured in the room where it works

Module Layercore Analytics sits on Gamsakhurdia Street and walks the unit itself — a packing bay, a boiler house, a prefabricated block, a workshop cell — then draws what was seen so a table of people can argue from the same sheet.

We do not sell a seat at a screen. We take a bounded unit that someone already named, agree a sampling window, stand with the people who run it, and come back with charts on paper, a measurement log, and a briefing that can be read aloud. Data visualization here means ink a supervisor can point at, not a product you log into.

Observation notes travel as paper first. The Kutaisi briefing room keeps a copy; the client keeps the rest.

A module is a boundary with a promise attached

In this office a module is anything you can walk around: the night shift on a filling line, a pair of drying ovens, a rented plant room, a timber frame assembled off-site. Someone has already said it performs. Our work is to test that sentence against a window of observation, then draw the variance so it can be discussed without a specialist dialect.

The drawing is the point. Bars, ranges, and dated marks sit beside the words. If a number cannot be tied to a time, a meter, a count, or a witness, it does not reach the chart.

Prefabricated bays and plant rooms arrive with performance claims. Those claims are what the audit reads.

The module performance audit

A scoped visit and desk review of one or more named modules. Included: a written scope, a sampling window, a measurement log, annotated charts, a findings letter, and one briefing in Kutaisi or on the client’s floor. Left out: installing the changes you may later choose, and any standing watch after the window closes.

Most single-module jobs close in two to four weeks once access is granted. Price follows the number of modules and the length of the window — see the rates page.

Follow-up Review

Return to a module already on our ledger, after a change, and set a new sampling window beside the first drawing.

Findings Briefing

A half-day reading of finished charts and a findings letter, held in Kutaisi or on the floor that owns the module.

Sampling Plan

A short desk piece that names the window, the counts, and the gaps before an audit team arrives.

They would not let us start until we wrote what the plant room was supposed to hold in winter. That hour felt pedantic. The January chart made more sense because the sentence was on the table, not in a corridor memory.
